At Bhasin Brothers, we strive to ensure your designer ethnic wear fits perfectly; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure that all garments remain unworn, unwashed, and retain their original brand tags and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery to log your return or exchange request with your order ID.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in the original box; our logistics partner will perform a preliminary quality check at the time of pickup to ensure the security seal is intact.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once the request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 24 to 48 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality audit, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchanged size within 5-7 working days.
