Yes, Bhasin Brothers ships worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and weight of the parcel, usually arriving within 10 to 15 business days.
Can I request custom alterations for my purchase?
Absolutely. We provide bespoke tailoring services. You can provide your measurements during the checkout process or contact our support team for a specialized fitting consultation.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on non-customized products within 7 days of delivery, provided the tags are intact and the garment is unworn. Please note that custom-made or altered items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a unique tracking ID and a link to our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets. For domestic orders, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
